Watched the Ravens get destroyed by the Bengals yesterday. Put up 32 easily and honestly should have been a lot more. Also lost a fumble at around 10 yard line but didn't matter since unlike us they had more than one good drive. Almost every drive was a good one. The Ravens are just not the same this year. Makes me feel even worse about our performance against them, especially offensively.

Not the wisest gameplan on earth to compare Joe Burrow and Jamarr Chase to Tyrod Taylor and John Metchie.

Edit: If Taylor hits AD Mitchell on the badly thrown deep ball its a TD, if Breece doesn't fumble we're probably scoring. You can play this game all day long, none of it really matters big picture when trying to evaluate the offense based on final score totals.

Yeah it was a weird game though to be fair. They had a Flowers TD nullified by a ticky tack OPI. They punted on that drive. Isaiah Likely fumbles going in for the score after a 44 yard catch and run.

That’s two TD’s off the board on plays that are somewhat anomalies and both were in the first half. It’s 21-12 at half and that’s when the Ravens go into boa constrictor mode and take the air out of the ball by jamming it down teams throats.

Not the wisest to evaluate based on IF this and IF that. Bengals also fumbled the ball at their 10 and actually missed way more opportunities than we did. The Bengals are not averaging 32 a game, and even that was low in that game, they left quite a few on the board. They moved the ball at will. The point is that the Baltimore defense is not that good this year, definitely below average. Even without Chase and Burrow I would hope we could do better. But I get it, your bar is very very low and they cleared it.

Thanks for sharing the football knowledge. But Burrow (who had far from his best game coming off the injury and long lay-off) over Taylor does not account for 22 points of offensive output difference. We should have still done better than one good drive all game. This is not an unrealistic expectation even without Burrow against #20 ranked defense. The bar is just set so low for this team.

I can’t believe the Bengals front office quit on their season when Burrow got hurt. thinking Browning or Flacco was enough

if I was a bengals fan I would be so pissed, they should’ve traded for someone good.

I saw their schedule though, and 9-8 is still doable. Idk if that’s enough to win their division though.

They are simply wasting Burrow. The owner is too cheap. They tanked very well, got #1 overall at the right time, and had the biggest problem (QB) solved for next 15 years, and keep wasting it.

It is clear Jackson isn't 100% and aside from him earlier in the season they had something like 75% of their salary cap out injured (I may be wrong on the % but it was a huge slice based on around half a dozen key players) and not sure where they are at now but this season has been pretty much a write off for the Ravens through injury (if only we had that excuse)
