Well, aren't the Panthers and the Saints on our schedule this year? I see that as the only wins. This team just doesn't have the talent or the systems in place to be competitive in '25 and frankly, not in '26 either. 2-15 and a top 5 pick.
in all my years of watching football, I’ve never seen a team not even rush the passer…AND we STILL couldn’t fucking make a completion with all the time in the world. You almost have to laugh. D-lineman LITERALLY stood there, didn’t even try to get pressure on Fields and he still threw the ball high and incomplete… can’t make it up.
Few thoughts... Should have kicked the FG the first time. 20/20 hindsight but it made sense at the time. Defense is not good but they did only give up 10 points. Fields looks AWFUL. Biggest culprit other than the Allen fumble. You have to seriously consider a QB change especially if he comes out holding the ball too long, retreating under pressure and making off target throws. Breece is running for like 7 a carry.
Yea it’s being able to use their own ball. Back in the seventies and eighties they allowed that in college and they started blasting 50 and 60 yarders. Anyone remember Russel Erxleben?
Literally the same shit we’ve been seeing for 3 weeks now…somehow, we got worse than last year…not hard to believe when you go from Rodgers to Fields on O so I get that, but what the fuck is up with our so-called defense? This is just a crap show I would be totally fine with firing Wilks like now. And honestly, if we keep playing like this all year, I wouldn’t mind moving on from AG either…this is beyond bad…for all the talk about discipline and accountability, we still get a shit ton of penalties, we turn the ball over, we can’t recover a fumble if our lives depended on it, we can’t tackle, we can’t cover, just really really a bad watch. We are no better than the Saints, Panthers, and Titans…that’s who we line up with
No. But Wilson is a #2 receiver? Cmon. You wanted Saleh back? Dude lost the locker room every year he was here. Is sauce overrated? Yep. But the contract was actually extremely team friendly and sets a precedent for other guys. I'm not sold on Glenn. But he was a good candidate. Rodgers hated Saleh and would have never respected a rookie HC. That's why I disagree
We had a good, fun year of passing when we had Fitzmagic and Marshall/Decker. It was electric for a while. That actually feels funny saying, but it’s true lol
