This offense sucks… the penalties is on coaching as much as on the players…Saleh needs to bench guys who continue to commit stupid penalties…guys like Uzomah, Lazard are habitual in this…but 32…WTF…why is he the third down guy…just keep Hall in there Like at some point you have to show SOME consequences, no?
Does anyone doubt for one second that if the Jets did something stupid like declining the penalty to give the other team a chance, they would make the Jets pay? The Jets instead call a stupid conservative play that gets them a whole 10 yards of room to punt instead of trying to get the ball down field and take advantage of a bad decision. Which of course turned it into a good one.
The way this team is "taught" is part of the problem that I see. Technique/ assignments and attention to detail sucks all around. So many indicators of either bad coaching, or just undisicplined, stupid players (which, if they are still starting...goes back to coaching).
Saleh has this team playing so poorly that they lack all discipline. So many stupid penalties all year
