I'm fine with it. He's a very good pitcher. People get too invested on of they like the guy or not. If he's hits woman or does illegal stuff, that's one thing... But I couldn't care less if he's sensitive or blocks people on Twitter.

Some saying the yanks will sign snell. What grade would you give the offseason , considering the disappointing last season?

I like the signing too but he was terrible in the second half so that’s a worry.
This is another 90 win wild card team that only wins the WC game because Cole pitches that.

To expect Rodon/Stroman/Cortes to hold the fort all year long is scary. I honestly think Rodon is cooked. He’s another Ellsbury/Pavano type. Cashed in on a career year and will enjoy his $100 million plus at the expense of a 5 ERA the rest of the way.

The Yankees aren’t going to waste years where they have a top 5 position player (two this year) and the best pitcher in baseball because of their free agency work though. They’re going to waste those years because they struggle to develop meaningful talent if Dominguez/Wells don’t workout and Volpe is a .215 hitter for his career.

There’s a good chance , a year from now we are watching Cashman, Boone, saleh, Douglas, Rodgers folding tents.

I don’t get Suprised at the incompetence from the jets… but the Yankees? Too bad George wasn’t cryogenically preserved, so we could bring him out for a classic lashing

Rodon is starting to show signs of being done. Hopefully it's just early spring training stuff, but reports are he has zero zip on his fastball.

Seeing stuff pop up for trading for Dylan cease . Must not be too hopeful for Cole returning anytime soon.

Kicking off with 3 straight in Houston is nice! Hope it can hold up. With this team , I feel like they should have a star of life embroidered. Every day it’s “injury”, “injury scare”.

I wonder what odds you would have gotten if you bet on a Yankees sweep?

    Heading home 6-1.

I’m thinking Giancarlo gets dfa’d before the season’s out. He’s cooked.

Looks like same player to me. His whole career is based on getting hot once in a season. However long that lasts determines his entire season.

I've never seen a worse batter at guessing than Stanton. He has to be guessing by how often, every year, he misses on swings by a foot plus. He's really a terrible player to watch play and I look forward to whenever he's gone.

Stanton gets his one hr in every 175 at bats . His swing annoys me. Looks like he’s swinging a sickle

It's hard to fathom being as bad at your job as Angle Hernandez is at being an umpire. That is twice as true when he is behind the plate.

Is it just me or is this finally a pretty likable Yankees team? I’ve tuned in a lot less over the last two seasons because I hated all of them.

No Donaldson, Hicks, Sanchez, IKF, Gallo or 80 year old Brett Gardner. No Severino with amazing stuff but being a complete headcase and getting lit up or German stories of beating his wife.

I think I’ll be watching a lot more this year. Stanton’s irritating and all but that’s about it.

How anyone in their right mind could just had DJ LeMahieu after the job Cabrera is doing is beyond me

Aaron Boone is still the manager and that feels like it’s good for at least a half dozen losses over the course of the season.

Cabrera out of the lineup three games in a row.

of course you bench one of your hottest hitters for some stiff who doesn’t hit because of the matchups. Brilliant.

Yankees will probably be looking for someone with closing experience at the deadline. At minimum an established relief pitcher.
