At least 4 one pitch outs, and urshela's dribbler was first pitch. Evoldi pitches well against the Yankees you want to work him and get him out of the game. I'm shocked this is their gameplan and it's awful.

Cole is already done, but again I'm just shocked this is the offensive approach.

He's really the second story for me. The offensive gameplan is fucking awful. They are allowing evoldi to go extremely deep into the game.

I can't believe he sent him.

I know he's a nobody too but I feel like you have to get Gallo out of this game even if it's for Greg Allen. Gallo being so bad and an insta-out probably played into sending him.

And can someone explain to me why you keep three catchers on this one game roster?!

EDIT: I guess it's somewhat reasonable considering Sanchez can't play the field under any circumstances with any of these relievers so he's simply a one at bat pinch hitter.

Being Gallo 4th was a real interesting thing to do.

He's lucky he got a good bounce because Judge showed absolutely no urgency to get that ball in and floated a lazy one hopper to the relay man.

Yanks just don't want this one as bad as the Sox do.

He needs to hit in front of Stanton and Judge. Is it that difficult to see that you need to put a weak hitter in front of your best two hitters so they see pitches? He's a walk machine that sees a ton of pitches. The insistence on batting Judge second is absurd.

Or anyone needs to hit in front of them really.

Personally I think he's an asset as a 7 or 8 hitter who can hit for power, has good obp and plays good defense.

He has been bad though at the plate.

The only good thing about Judge @ 2 is that he may get an extra ab late in a game..

It may sound crazy cause the guy walks so much but he needs to intend on squaring up some balls down the middle early in the account. I feel like he lets so many meatballs go by to go down 0-1 to 1-2 and has to battle for his walks even though he's good at it.

There aren't a ton of catchers out there but they really need to figure out a way to move on from Sanchez. You can't have such a massive liability back there. I've never even heard of a guy having such issues behind the plate like he does. 20-25 homers at that position is no longer impossible to find like it once was.
