I picked against the Jets the 1st 2 weeks, not this time. Hopefully, we ride the momentum with another W.
I was more impressed by the Jets in week one than week two. But Cleveland is a tough offense to defend. Chubb is a really special back and Hunt is a great compliment. My gut tells me we are playing the Bengals at the worst time as they are a desperate angry team and there is potential for a blowout. We will need the defense we saw week one and an offense to compete in this game. This team has the talent to play with anyone but being a young team there will be lots of agonizing mistakes. My guess is it's a pretty lopsided win for the Bengals.
The Jets still haven't played good yet. If they can put it together on offense and defense, they can beat the Bengals. Cincinnati will be desperate for a win, but that could actually play into the Jets' hands. Definitely a toss up game. The Jets are usually the ones trying to figure out what is going on, so to play a team struggling to find itself, I think could allow the Jets to dictate some of the game for once.
Having watched the Bengals / Dallas game this morning I believe The Jets have a legitimate shot at winning this. It's the hope that kills, isn't it?
This is a team that just lost to Cooper Rush. If we can get pressure on Burrow we should have a great chance at winning.
That chart is an absolute nightmare to try to decipher. The message makes sense though. The Bengals offensive line was trash yesterday but Burrow and his coaching staff didn’t help the cause. They have the horses to establish a quick passing attack just like they have the horses to go downfield. And they solely decided to try to throw the ol’ 21 point touchdown all game.
I think right/left is how good is the QB at avoiding sacks, while up/down is how good is the OL at preventing sacks. Overall, upper right is hardest to sack. Lower left is easiest to sack.
Yep. That's a wet blanket. But we have been on the receiving end of these type of stupid losses. Faith smiled at us for once. We are 1-1 and at home against a 0-2 team that has shaky Offensive Line. Good times.
The Browns absolutely crapped themselves yesterday. The Jets were good enough on offense to capitalize on the Browns crapping themselves. Maybe the Jets lose on Sunday, but saying we should be 0-2 takes a lot of credit away from the Jets capitalizing on the Browns crapping themselves.
The Browns made some big mistakes and the Jets took advantage of them. Jets don't win if they don't take advantage, so they get some credit.
