FWIW, Wilson is emblematic of a systemic problem in the NFL. “Back in the day” a guy like Wilson would not have seen the field until the end of his second year or beginning of his third, unless he was an extraordinary talent. These days these kids are thrown on the field right out of college and the NFL is a whole different world to try to learn and adjust to on the fly. Alright, that’s my old man rant for the day
If he is, it won't be this year, probably not next year either, and a good chance that it won't be with us. I hope for his sake that his is another Steve Young story, and he finds his footing and becomes a star somewhere.
I was a kid, but I do remember Richard Todd had an incredible penchant for throwing interceptions at the worst possible time. If the Jets had a time machine where Ken O'Brien is their starting QB in the 1982 season (and '83 playoffs), I believe they win the Super Bowl.
During the off-season ZW needs to take a course in reading D's. Shit my pro experience is on Madden and I knew not to float passes deep into a zone. But hope he comes back and gets back into second quarter form. Really wanna see him win. Because I'm still a Jets fan lol
like he only sees green jerseys and not the other team. He just throws the ball nonchalant in the fuckn air lol
He’s played pretty good today, that was mistake, needs to move on from it. Have a good drive. A couple of TDs wins this game! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sometimes you make a good throw, and the defense makes a great play. This was not one of those times. Gotta stay focused now
The problem with Zach is he can make all the sexy big chunk throws but struggles making the short throws to move the chains.
