3rd and 4th stringers better than backups? Looks like it.

Sort of like Kurt Warner did.

Saleh lauded for setting up basketball court in Florham Park, just like Pete Carroll has done in Seattle. I guess nobody remembers when doing that at the Jets helped get Carroll fired setting up the Kotite era.

Looks like Streveler can run LeFleur's offense better than MW.

Meanwhile, the Falcons third stringer looks like a wildcat QB.

Wow, Bradley Annae flashing again. And he was out there on their first drive too so he's clearly getting the coaching staff's attention. Gonna be some tough cuts at some positions, edge the toughest of them

Second time Streveler just tossed up a jump ball into double coverage. First time he got the PI call, this time was an INT. Not good looks

Excuse me?????? The man had a 61 yard punt to the 14 that flipped the field; one punt to the 10, another at the 20, and a 48.6 yd average. He also handled kickoff duties just fine and is a great holder- not to mention a helluva safety whenever a return man breaks one. What exactly are you looking for in a punter, 'cause I'm not sure that man is out there.....

p.s. sign me up for the Streveler fan club. I want to see this guy running with 2s next week. We know what White is. It's time we find out this guy's ceiling, because he has a quick release, is accurate, tough, and a big fast runner. The dude is simply a baller- the kind of guy that gives a team energy.

That was actually a decent pass and should have been caught. The first one though, on first down, was a bad decision. The problem was he threw off his back foot under pressure- going deep would not have been bad even with that coverage if he had been able to step into it and leave it deep.

Did we give up any sacks this pre-season so far?

My post was before his 61 yard bomb, which was fantastic, but doesn't change the bigger picture

I don't see him as a big problem, but last year he was near the bottom of the league in average punt, net punt average, and balls inside the 20. Seems to be decent on kickoffs and indeed made a nice play on a return. To my eye, he's been inconsistent since he's been year and even last night had some crappier punts.

Let's see how he does this season. Maybe he takes a step forward. Seems to have plenty of potential
