If we pass on a WR at 10 for Jermaine fucking Johnson I gotta log off for the night.

Need one of Ekwonu or JJ to make it through the next 4 picks, and I'll be happy.

Not that, just that offenses are built so diversified these days so it's much easier to work away from a single good DB.

I'm not mad at it though, I love hearing so many pundits saying Gardner is one of the best 2 players in the draft - I'll be his biggest fan this year. I'm really interested to see what direction JD goes from here now...

Jesus, KT was the pick. Now he's playing in the right stadium, wrong team.

Do we trade into the back of first with our two seconds?

Well, clearly JD sees Becton as our starting tackle.

#10 likely to be one of these -

    Ekwonu

I love these “during the draft” threads. The weirdos amongst us show their heads. Some of the reactions are hysterical. Sauce is not a terrible pick. May not be who you preferred, but he’ll be a welcomed addition.

I'd be aggressive. Grab JJ if there at #10. If not, trade back or go WR. Trade back into Rd 1 to grab an Edge or WR that slides into the early 20s.

Yeah when in doubt its not a bad thing to err on the side of just stockpiling pro bowl level players. If you keep doing that you'll eventually have a good team one way or another.

I don't mind JJ on the 35. I'd really hate him on the 10. He's a bit too old to fit well into the NFL 1st Round at this point. If he's good as a 2nd rounder the Jets will lock him up after year 3 when he is still 26 and that contract will take him to 29 or 30 effectively.

I'm not a Jermaine Johnson fan at all. I'd take George K from Purdue before him.

Let's see what happens early in the 2nd. I think that's the spot for a Becton motivational tool/plan B at OT.

If JJ is there at ten this is a home run day one. Four picks to go.

Jets take advantage of Texans reach! If they can get Evan Neal that'd be an outstanding 1st round.
