I think Rodgers is going to Denver. They need a QB who is ready to win a SB NOW, and they just hired the OC from the Packers.

And yes, Adams COULD be more frustrated here, assuming the Jets even do well and finish at or near .500 - well for them that is, but lousy compared to what Adams is used to on the Packers. IDK, maybe I'm wrong and he'd love to be a part of building the Jets into a contender, and would like to work with Zach, but that's a lot of maybes.

If Rodgers does go to Denver, I could definitely see a tag and trade with Adams. Maybe for Jerry Jeudy and the Broncos 1st Round pick or something. I expect Rodgers and Adams to stay together, wherever that is. Not sure if that is a bold prediction or not. :D

I’d imagine that Adams does his best to try to follow Rodgers, but there aren’t a ton of teams that can pay Rodgers the $40-$45 million he’ll want and give Adams the last big pay day he will want.

Green Bay is the best place for that to happen. I would not be surprised if Adams goes out on his own. He turns 30 this year and he’ll be very lucky if he gets anything more than a 3 year deal. He’s never had a season ending injuries but he gets banged up and misses some games every year.

Successful teams, teams that always seem to be winning, teams like the Broncos, always seem to find a way to overcome any predicted "cap limitation". IDK how they can do it, and the Jets never seem to be able to, but they do. So I wouldn't be surprised if Denver finds a way to bring both Rodgers and Adams there.

As for the idea of getting Adams on the Jets, I don't think that's a good idea. He's going to cost a lot - even if the Jets could get him - and he's entering that age band where injuries start becoming more frequent and more serious. The Jets just need to find their own "Adams".

I would bet my house that Rodgers and Adams wont be together unless its in GB. No team is paying both those guys. Its silliness. Why would they go somewhere together? They would both go to highest bidder

One team to keep an eye out is Miami. They have the most cap space in the league and can afford both. Their offensive line is horrible but they already have Waddle and the only two major free agents they have are Gesicki and Emmanuel Ogbah.

It also could be particularly interesting to Rodgers if he can drive the coach selection although Miami will have to make a decision on that before that point in time.

I’m sure it’s particularly intriguing to him due to his political views and seeing how much Brady enjoys living in Florida.

I think we'll start hearing more about Deshaun to Miami too (and probably elsewhere). saw a headline where one of the witnesses in the Deshaun case was pleading the 5th -- not a good look for the plaintiffs.

Yeah, where will Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson, Deshaun Watson, Jimmy G, and other QB's end up this March? Should be interesting. Now a new spot is open with Brady retired too. Should see a lot of movement.

As I said in another thread, Ridley gets acquired for two 2nd rounders.

Much like you, cant wait to see what JD and and RS do in free agency and the draft. I think there is a golden time for us to really improve the depth and breath of our team. I migh try to watch the Senior bowl for some mid round jewels as well.

God forbid we should want another Superbowl after more than five decades of failure.

This thread was about bold predictions though. Not sure which stuff you and @LAJet are referring too, but there should be some crazy ideas in this thread! :D

Predicting the Jets to win the Super Bowl would be the biggest and BOLDEST prediction of all! I'll take it.

You are right. HERE IS MY BOLD PREDICTION. Jets go to the playoffs next year as a wild card and beat the Chargers in LA for the first playoff game and shock the Bengals with a win in the second game. There it is. Wilson improves leaps and bounds sorrounded by a much improved, well coached offensive team, with two new starters on the OL, two new TEs and two new WRs to compliment Davis and Moore. .

I was referring to things in general, and I think LA was as well. I knew this thread was just about bold ideas.

I'm wondering who in his right mind would want to go to Miami with all the drama and dirt being tossed around. We need to check on Miami free agent players wanting to get the hell out out of town.

Invoking a right not to testify because the testimony might be self-incriminating. I don’t know what the questions were so in all honesty it could be a non-story. But it also could be the tip of the iceberg of a big story of a sham litigation
