The Colts played without their entire starting o-line last night and still beat a good Arizona team. Screw the noise. Go Jets!

Ugly win, I'll take it. I don't care about draft position if we aren't taking a QB. Too many factors in play. Just want players to stand out and win it. Mosely with the gimme miss INT there. I saw us losing this one there if that was any team other than the Jags. Can't believe Trevor downed that on 3rd down
With all we had out on the OL, I’m really surprised we gashed them as much as we did. Think we ended up around 250-300 yards rushing today. Hell of a performance by the OL, RB’s, and QB today on the ground.
At least our qb is a really good dude and delivered a win. He is getting more comfortable processing the game which I like. We were down 20 players and a HC. He def should use his feet more to rush
Can't keep playing for draft position year after year. The team has to learn how to finish games and today they did. Yes, it would be disappointing to miss out on Hutchinson and Thibodeaux, but there will be other players to pick.
If it wasn't for poor coaching, we win this by 11. Jets ran the ball very well today, especially when you consider the guys missing on the OL. Wilson was t asked to do much but he did what he had to do. He was victimized by two terrible drops. I really only say a few bad passes. Jags suck but at least we beat them.
Quick reminder that being upset because a bunch of guys living out their dreams or playing for their next contract gave it their all and won the game is very stupid. Now that that’s out of the way, there’s really not much to complain about. We had absolutely no business winning this game considering the amount of players we were missing but it seems like everyone stepped up. Huge props to the OL for showing up. Berrios needs to be resigned tonight. Zach’s run was obviously awesome but I thought he played well overall. The numbers aren’t there but when you are running the ball as well as we were there’s absolutely no need to throw the ball outside of when you absolutely need to. Michael Carter is going to be a stud for a long time and I would absolutely bring back Tevin Coleman. Mims and Jeff Smith can eat shit. I was so wildly unimpressed by Trevor Lawrence. When he didn’t have 30 seconds in a clean pocket because we were playing back up defensive lineman, he was hitting open guys but as soon as there was a little bit of pressure he shit his pants. And then of course the decision making at the end of the game was just brutal.
They still have a shot at #3. I don’t see the Lions passing on the home grown Hutchinson but Thibodeaux can still be in play. Regardless the Jets are getting two really good players on the first day…
He really didn't impress me much. I know I am a biased Jets fan but I am glad we ended up with Wilson. Not that Wilson looked great but at least Wilson is cerebral and student of the game. There is hope.
I think Lawrence outshined Wilson in the passing department. Of course Lawrence had all day to throw, zero pass rush by Jets. Nice job by Wilson using his legs. Still some inaccurate throws, though. Even TD pass to wide open McDermott had to be a nice play by him for completion. Hard to believe the Jets can't even get a quick out or over the middle pass to Mims just to get him involved in some way. Wish I knew what was going on there. Berrios continues to show he is the best Jets O weapon. Nice game by Will Parks coming off PS. Hall should be a pro-bowler. Moseley, despite drop of late interception, clearly the best defensive player on Jets. There should be no talk of trading him or not re-signing him. You can't continue to lose your top players every year and expect to be competitive.
TL threw the ball almost 40 times against the leagues WORST defense. 0 TD passes. Yeah, he was great.
I just don’t understand how you can’t throw for a TD against the leagues worst defense missing half their starters. If he were playing against an actual NFL defense then… I guess he’d have looked just as bad as he has every other game when he’s played an NFL defense.
Passer rating tells a different story and TL had all fucking day to throw to wide open receivers. He also turned the ball over while ZW didn't. The game was on CBS. Did you miss it?
He looked like shit. Jets defense was worse than a mediocre college defense today yet he couldn't throw a single TD. Next year might be a different story with proper coaching but I will say again. I am glad we ended up with Wilson than TLaw.
I saw it. Lawrence threw for 280 yds, Wilson for 102, Lawrence 7.2 avg, Wilson 4.6 avg. If it wasn't for the TD pass Wilson's rating would be lower. Agree Lawrence had all day to throw which I pointed out, but still made good throws when he did.
