That wouldn't be so bad - if it ended up that way because Seattle's pick is 3rd and their own pick is 13th. That would translate to about 7-10 or 8-9 for the Jets, which would be all anyone could reasonably expect or hope for.
A long way to go but Seattle look like they are the 4th best team in their Division. Sent from my M2007J20CG using Tapatalk
I know it’s a completely different injury but Brees has a significant sprain last year or the year before that required surgery and he was out for 4-6 weeks. That was his UCL iirc .. Wilson couldn’t even straighten it out from the few clips i saw. also — how great is this? We got 2 1s for the bumass ! LOL
thats not a sprain... its whatever ligaments held that finger tip in place in that direction are gone and the Mouth that Bored... useless DB... never gets the ball
Wilson out 4 to 8 weeks after surgery. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id...b-russell-wilson-at-least-month-finger-injury
However well Geno plays, it's not going to be at Wilson's level, so this is only good news for the Jets.
I don't know what people are complaining about. That is a classic Jets safety finishing move. We have to claim what little legacy we have.
I know that - and that was my point. If the Jets end up with the 3rd pick overall, IMO it hasn't been a successful year. If they end up 13th, it has. Hence the use of the word "if."
How is it random scrubs on the Texans can take a jump ball to the house but the Jets 2nd round receivers can only combine for 2 catches? I’m telling you this damn franchise is cursed because of Joe Namath.
Watching other teams play after watching the Jets really rubs in how bad the Jets actually are, in all phases.
