    The ends dropping into coverage is bizarre. I haven't seen us do that all year. Matt Ryan loves seeing that.

    Just for reference, Taylor Heineike carved up this defense last week.

    Again, I think ZW is an exciting young man and I am rooting heavy for him--but the great young QBs don't missfire on this many throws. He just looks so in over his head for most of the game and makes some spotty explosives.

    But he consistently turns the ball over, telegraphs his throws, and underthrows wide open receivers.

    Right now, I don't see Mahomes or Herbert.

    I know what you’re saying but I just can’t defend some of these easy throws he’s missing. You see QBs hit those in their sleep and yet he is airmailing throws 5 yards over receivers heads, skipping them at their feet, it’s troubling to see. Rookie or not, he needs to at least make the “easy throws”.

    He looks rushed. Not saying hes always under pressure but its the speed of the game. Hes adjusting still (all these rookie qbs are) but the team overall, isnt helping his transition with poor blocking, nonexistant run game and madden like playcalling. All 4 of those factors are a recipe for disaster.

    If that is what many see ZW to be Herbert and Mahomes, wow…I just hope ZW turns out to be a solid QB, that’s all.

    To be honest, I don’t even see Darnold right now.
    He has been misfiring way more often and worse than he ever did.

    yes agree 100%…but it also looks like there are some there and he doesn’t take them…he’s looking downfield and passes up easythrows

    of course, he’s also botched easythrows….one at Crowders feet when he was open in the flat, the screen pass hit the OL in the back (surprised that wasn’t called as a penalty because an OL can’t be the first to touch a pass)

    so far, Wilson’s accuracy is dogshit….we’d be KILLING Darnold if he were doing this. Wilson is getting a pass as a rookie but he’s been bad

    I am ok with the int as rookie mistake but the off target throws are concerning. Missing Moore wide open. Would have been big play!

    The QBs you referenced walked into much better situations also. There are factors beyond QB that are affecting his production.
