As many have pointed out, not having a vet backup was a huge blunder. Not to win games, but to mentor this kid. And if you have to sit him for a blow - and I don’t agree with that shit about “hurting his confidence” if he’s that mentally weak he doesn’t belong in the league - he can watch how an experienced QB handles various situations
And how many drops and incomplete passes today? This doesn't fall on Wilson. This is the coaching staff and inept receivers.
Man that play call, didn’t give the kid a chances…. If we throw the ball to Johnson again I will literally scream Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I've been very negative today, but now I'll try to be positive. There are a lot of youths on this team and they are learning a lot about NFL football. And the CS are all new in their positions and are also learning. Thus, there is tremendous room for improvement. Last years horrible team managed to beat a decent team and won two games and should have won 3. So they are very tough to watch right now and things might not improve for a few more weeks. So we should go do other things on Sundays and we'll be pleasantly surprised one day.
I’ve counted 3 passes so far that are short hopping receivers. The whole offense is inept. That includes the Qb.
