    yep

Meanwhile, you wanted the back 7 addressed, and the Jets almost added 7 players there! LOL

Lots of athleticism with these last picks. Start them out on ST and develop from there.

    Jonathan Marshall

    DT Arkansas

    Positives

Athletic one-gap defensive tackle with scheme versatility. Fires off the snap with a great first step, plays with great pad level, and consistently gets leverage on opponents. Explosive up the field, quickly gets his hands into blockers, and keeps his feet moving. Displays good change-of-direction skills with the ability to immediately alter his angle of attack. Plays with balance, moves well about the field, and flashes pass-rush skill.

    Negatives

Lacks great bulk, played out of position at nose tackle for Arkansas last season and was consistently hung up by blocks. Easily knocked off balance or from his angle of attack by the initial hit. Moderately productive throughout his college career.

    Analysis

Marshall is an athletic defensive lineman with a large upside, but he must improve his strength and increase his production to have any chance of sticking at the next level.

Happy for Darnold. He finally gets a chance to prove himself in this league. Just hope we didn’t wreck his confidence and poise!

Hardly matters in the long run but this is just insane athleticism

Can't help but peek ahead to 2022. 2 1sts, 2 2nds. All defense? DB, Edge, LB??? MAYBE another OL and WR/TE?

    • I know right? Someone on TV said it was the first time ever in the draft a team drafted the same player, with the 2nd one having II after his name. Jets make a first!
Just got a thought: When the first Carter got called, the other Carter II probably started celebrating (a little too soon!)

I wonder if we draft Dax Milne at some point; pairing up drafted QBs with their teammates seems to be the trend this year.

Draft season cracks me up sometimes. In what world can a 6'3 320 lb player "lack bulk" lmao

Thanks man for all the updates.

Question. Did we trade with Patriots on the 6th round today?
