So we swapped 5th and 6th round picks with the chiefs to move down 13 spots on the 5th and up 20 spots in the 6th is that right?

This draft is dogshit the entire 5th-7th rounds.

They've been saying that for months leading up to draft day.

Nothing. We moved down in the 5th to move up in the 6th. No extra picks.

Late day 3 is the time for those picks. Who knows, maybe the injury bug goes away for him in the NFL?

We should see if anyone is willing to trade their picks next year. This is UDFA-city.

    JD clearly feels that way.

Of course he could have traded up in round four instead of focusing on special teams.

He could also have gotten a player back from the Vikings instead of the fourth round comp pick that he flipped.

Keith Taylor just went off at 166.

    Keith Taylor CB, WASH
    Height: 6-3, Weight: 196

Long, rangy outside cornerback who didn't have a pick in college but was around the football often. Fluid hips and decent feet. (Chris Trapasso)

We couldn't have taken him over one of our new special teams aces?

Maybe him or Matt Bushman (if he hasn't been picked - I'm not really paying attention at this point)

Charles Davis just corrected himself. Michael Carter II's uncles are NOT Revis and Sean Gilbert. It's Mark Gilbert who has those two uncles.

    Yes

    Jose Borregales

    K Miami (FL)

    Positives

Strong-legged kicker coming off a sensational season. Gets excellent lift on field goals and displays the ability to split the uprights from long distance. Drives his kickoffs through the opposing end zone. Displays the ability to directional kick.

    Analysis

Borregales got off to a rocky start after transferring to Miami, but he turned in a terrific senior campaign. He possesses the leg strength necessary to play at the next level but must continue to improve upon his 2020 campaign to have a career in the NFL.
