Good thought. I may temper down my bid for him anyways because it seems as though the Raiders are going to play wide open games and I have Jacobs/Barber who should be decent producers alongside Henderson/Gaskins/Williams. McCaffrey also didn't go on the IR which is an indication it might be more of a tweak than a bad pull.
Picked up the 'stros at +140 while down 1-0 in top of 2nd 10/8/212:37 PM Placed - SingleTo Win Houston Astros (+140) ESPN win prob is calc at 48% and +140 implies about 40% so its a good bet regardless.
Why do we have divisions lol, one is so much harder than the other. 4 of 6 in the first division are 2-3 or worse. Top 3 in scoring are all in one division... Oh well, playoffs are going to be tough in my division.
Yeah I agree. I absolutely hate divisions. Hopefully we can get rid of them for next year. Congrats on the W!
I don't play fantasy football but my son out in CA does. Maybe some of you had this situation, but he had a choice between the Jets defense or no defense against NE. No defense means he gets no defense points for the week. He chose the Jets defense and ended up -11 points.
Down 18 with my Tyreek, Darrell Williams + Booker vs his Kelce. .5 PPR -- super nervous for some reason. Benched Cooper last night for Booker the moment I heard Dak was out and Cooper goes for for 25
Random question for any league commissioner's or anyone in serious leagues How do you guys keep the bad teams interested in your league? Any punishments? Incentives? This is the first time it's been real bad in my big money league. It isn't even Thanksgiving yet and we have 3 people who aren't setting lineups and checked out. We used to offer weekly payouts for highest score, but people we removed it because people complained that the overall prize wasn't that great for the buy in we paid.
We have weekly payouts for most points but also payouts for most points and most points against end of season. A toilet bowl as well also helps and a stern email from the commish that if you don't set your lineup 2 weeks in a row your team lineups will be set by the commish and you get the boot. Mine is $150 buy in with $1 per transaction that gets split between the winner, suicide pool and a survivor pool. Typically around 400 transactions per year.
Just made a blockbuster trade in my ESPN league to really put my team over the edge and be a true championship contender. I'm in third place overall right now. The deal is: Receiving: Najee Harris + Mark Andrews Giving Up: Antonio Gibson, Michael Carter, Lockett or Mike Williams, and Knox or Dan Arnold. I'm really only giving up depth players. My roster will look something like this: QB: Herbert RB: Mixon and Harris WR: AJ Brown and Diontae Johnson TE: Andrews Flex: Bateman, James Conner, or Mike Will or Lockett (Depends on who he takes) In the beginning of the year I flipped Barkley + JuJu for Gibson + Mike Williams. Now I'm flipping them and two waiver pickups for RB4 and TE2. I dabble with this roster. I saw the team in first place and knew I had to make some sort of move to overtake him.
Need some help for finals Chicago D v Gmen NOLA D v Carolina 15 points for shutout - 2 per INT/Fumble Rec - 1 per sack - all tds 6 Pick 2 of these 3 - .5 PPR Metcalf - @ detroit Darrell Williams (NO CEH??) - @ cinci Damien Harris (if no Stevenson this is 100% being a choice) - @ Jax
I would help but I’m horrible at start/sit. I also dropped the Cowboys defense earlier in the year. So you don’t want me advice even though I’m in 1/3 finals.
Metcalf has frustrated me all damn year and Ik the one week I sit him I'll regret it but at the same time you start him he goes out there 2 catches for 33. I think I'm just going to bite the bullet and bench him IF Stevenson / CEH are def out for the Pats/Chiefs
In my league super bowl tomorrow. Rodgers at QB got me here but I also have Burrow. Leaning towards starting Burrow tomorrow, given their opponents, and other factors… What do you guys think?
I have that choice and stuck with Rogers. I am in 4 out of 5 finals today, an unbelievably lucky season for me lol
