I want a dominant rusher for Jets like Henry, Franco Harris, Curtis Martin, Barry Sanders, but I also want Brett Farve, Joe Montana, or Peyton Manning as my QB.
Are you willing to leave your current job to take a discounted price of something like 2 years/750k per year as a scout? Because it sounds like you're on to something.
My job is too flexible right now, I won’t trade in my 22 days off per month for a scouting gig that keeps me busy 7 days a week.... I know some guys will look at what happened with Titans and turn them off to Arthur Smith, however you give him a legit deep threat WR and a better QB other than a game manager and it’s a very different game. Smith put together a really good game plan but he has limitations with players.
Go Saints. I want to watch Bucs at Saints next week. Brady vs Brees. Should be epic. Bears are a scrappy team. I don't think Saints will cover 11 but I expect them to win. Tonight, I will be rooting for Browns. Mike Tomlin is a great coach and I am sure he will find a way to contain Browns rushing attack. Don't see Baker winning the game with his arm. So that game will depend on Steelers' success in shutting the Browns' rushing attack. One great game over, 2 great games on tap.
