Mahomes makes it look easy, but Todd Bowles' pass defense calls in this game have been pathetically bad.
that Saints - Broncos game is like a comedy of errors - both teams look terrible Taysom Hill 5/9 14yds Kendall Hinton 0/6 0yds
Saints - Broncs: with a minute left to play in the first half it looks like there is a total net +1yd passing across both teams
More terrible QB play in the 4:00 window - Goff, Mullens, and Hill all awful, and I won't even mention the Denver "QB" situation. Given it's the end of November, it's worth pointing out that weather has had absolutely nothing to do with any of it.
First time in 22 years that a team had more interceptions than completions in a game, as the Denver game mercifully ends with Kendall Hilton 1/9 for 13 yards and 2 INTs. The QB that day 22 years ago? Ryan Leaf.
Cole Kmet is one of these big dopes that has arms and a body type that's too big to hold onto the ball and squeezes it too hard every time he gets it. He's a rookie so I'll give him a pass but the ball is always slipping and sliding around when he gets it in the grasp. I liked him out of Notre Dame too.
Tirico is OK. I'd like him more if I didn't know about all of his behind the scenes sexual assault scumbaggery. But Dungy belongs on a pregame show. He's just not exciting at all. And doesn't offer much to the game.
I didn't either until recently. Makes me think a lot less of him now though. I believe ESPN issued a lot of settlement/NDAs for him. Probably played into letting him go.
The NFL must've paid Schefter and Booger McFarland to defend their poor handling of the NFL season. Steve Young called the NFL out and Schefter looked like he was going to pop a vein.
