Man, the Jags aren't just awful, they're God Awful. They're gonna be tough to beat out for the overall #1 pick.
Every single week we look to be in good shape with 2;00 remaining and then these fucking teams always find a way to lose.
Seahawks on their way to giving up 45 again....funny how the narrative has become Adams is more of a linebacker not a safety all of a sudden.
I don't see any way that they're going to offer him a new deal after such a terrible season on defense (and injury for him - in fact, he's hurt again in this game and is questionable to return). I would think that they'll pick up the fifth-year option, which would only be for around $10 million, and let him become a free agent for 2021 and decide then if they want to sign him/franchise him/let him go. Who is claiming he's a linebacker? If it's him or his "team," it's just contract bullshit - the fifth-year option for linebackers is about $4 million higher than for safeties. I can't imagine that any arbitrator would agree with that.
For all the Adams haters out there. Sack Forced Fumble deep in Rams territory that should have put Seattle right back in it, Wilson then throws a pick - he sucks. Edit Another Sack now 5.5 on season. Say all you want that a safety is not worth that, but stop trying to rationalize that Adams is not good.
Wilson having a bad game. His MVP chances are disappearing, and maybe the Jets' Seattle picks will be better than expected.
That is the hope. I hope they don't win the division and somehow get bounced off during Wild Card round,
