@HerndonFan blames me for slacking so I have to start the thread before TNF game. Tonights game ins entertaining. Colts at Titans. Who do you guys got?
Pretty sure tankathon rooting guide says root for the Titans to help us out with s.o.s. (Edit, originally put Texans, who used to be the titans when the titans were the oilers but left to be the titans)
You meant Titans instead of Texans right? That said, we should root for Titans. For Jaguar fans, no difference. But for us Jet fans, we played Colts and won't play Titans. We want Colts to lose. That's why Colts will win. Watch it.
Wow. Tannehill looks like... Tannehill again when he can't throw play action bombs up to wide open receivers cause his back is running for 175 a game...
What games are you guys excited to watch without the Jets this week? Honestly, it feels freeing to have back to back Sundays without wasting 3 hours on the Jets. Somehow there are more 4:00 games than 1:00 games this week. Not sure I have ever seen that. Games I am interested in: 1:00: Eagles at Giants See if the Giants can make the NFC East even closer with an upset win. Bucs at Panthers See if Brady can get back on track. I could see the Panthers win. Jaguars at Packers for the rare chance the Jags pull a major upset and the Jets add some cushion to the #1 seed. 4:00: Bills at Cardinals Go Arizona! Chargers at Dolphins (The Jets next 2 opponents) #1 game of the week: Rams at Seahawks. Should be fun plus it is basically my entire fantasy roster with Goff, Henderson, Woods, and Metcalf playing. Sunday night the Ravens will destroy the Patriots and Monday night is interesting. Big game for both the Vikings and the Bears.
I am seeing this for the first time as well. 5 games start at 1 PM and 6 games start at 4 pm. Could it be the Masters impact? NFL trying to win the ratings since day time will belong to Masters?
Jaguars hanging tough with the Packers. A win there would be very nice insurance for the #1 pick - does anyone think there are actually 2 wins left in this Jets team? That would even allow the Jets to escape the ignominy of a winless season while still getting the top pick.
What has happened to the Texans? Heading into the 4th quarter and Watson is 14/21 for 88yds and 0 score
I thought that the Jags have the strength of schedulr advantage over us so we need to get 0 wins or at least 1 less than them
That's what I said - if the Jags win they move to 2 wins, so the Jets can win a game and still be guaranteed the #1 pick.
ah OK your post wasn't very clear, it read like you were saying we could get 2 wins and still get the #1 pick
Alex Smith in his first start in two years after his horrific injury with more than 350 yards passing. WFT still with a chance to win and stay in the race for the division lead in the powerhouse NFC East.
