Giving him a pass for what? Is he failing? Darnold for the first time in a year has some players on the field at the same time and he's completing passes and now winning games. Mayfield has his guys out and is getting his shit sent. Seems like consistent and predictable results to me so far.

Darnold is making a case for keeping him. If you think any college QB can come right in next year and do better, I think you're being overly optimistic. I'm NOT saying they shouldn't draft a QB, but keeping Sam also is looking more and more like the best option.

yes he is getting it down last week and today. But he wasn’t the last month even if had the receivers. I am rooting for the guy but it’s time for him to execute , simple as that regardless who he has for receivers.
