The real question is, if we beat a 9 win Rams, 10 win Browns and then the division rival Pats on consecutive weeks does that warrant an extension for Gase?

Why draft a player that you know you're either going to have to trade in 4 years or trade another player at the same position who is playing at a very high level? That's not an efficient use of draft capital, particularly an OL who can give you 10-15 years. Sorry, but that makes no sense.
