I don't disagree at all. For some reason though recently I heard people trying to make the other argument and it surprised me
I think it's a little of both. Ge was a solid player but not the good pass rusher we thought we were getting. I was disappointed, but I was hoping for a pass rusher. That said he was never a bad player, just not what I hoped we were getting.
Are we still on # 97? I think I lapsed into a coma again yesterday somehow because I also posted Marvin Washington after someone else. I ain't touching this thread until somebody who didn't have their brain herniated into their face goes first. I'm like a docile relative of champ who doesn't know what's going on. Instead of , it's .
#96, OK. I'll take the easy route, Muhammad Wilkerson. I think he gets overlooked as being one of the best pregnant players ever. Haha, I should find some better examples because I swear to God I would say is this guy pregnant or what. "When is the baby due?" Brutal. EDIT: WAIT! Had to be done:
We missed a couple days, oh well. We are on number 93 right now- Marty Lyons of course. 1979-1989 ...when football was football...
Paul Frase #91 1988-1994. Local boy from upstate NY. Not a whole lot of pictures out there of him but it makes sense I guess, he wasn't a household name and the jets mostly sucked in his tenure
#90.... forever a retired jersey number. Dennis Byrd DE played from 1989 to the fateful week 13 in 1992. Dennis passed away in 2016 in a car accident in Oklahoma. His book Rise and Walk is a very inspirational book and I highly recommend it
#89 Dedric Ward 1997-2000. Speedy guy behind Keyshawn and Chrebet in that magical 1998 offense. Most memorable play, catching the ball in blustery Buffalo late in a close game, breaking a tackle and sprinting 60 yards down the sideline to clinch the AFC East Division title. But then he went on to play for the Dolphins and Patriots. gross. we'll try and forget about that
That was Little Jimmy, my nickname for Jim Leonhard. No, wait, Pace hit him first after Brandon Jacobs ran into him, now that I think about it; but Little Jimmy had momentum and that's what sealed the deal. So we're both right, but who am I to quibble about retarded Eli getting the shit kicked out of him in a meaningless pre-season game? Feliz Navidad! Well, it was in August, but it sounded good.
#88 Al Toon. 1985-1992. Al Toon was awesome and if head injuries hadn’t gotten the best of him I believe he may have broken many franchise records and the 1990s would’ve been quite different for this team sorry if my pictures come out for junk today, I’m posting from my phone and never done this before
