Glad to see I am not the only one that finds Higgins a little overrated, I feel like he doesn't get separation against corners as often as you'd like. Higgins is like a poor man's AJ Green. I'll take Jefferson in the 2nd.
Lets not forget Shenault.Hes a short area freak that Gase will love.Did more w less around him & i expect him to light up the combine
Yes I don't think Becton would work at guard. I'm not sure he can get low enough. I mean there is only so much he could do before having to lay down or kneel. I really like Becton, if he could transition into and nfl LT it would be great. That said I think think we sign beachum back. Would be fine having both.
Simmons, Brown & Herbert are the keys to the 11th pick. If all 3 go in top 10 then it’s pretty much a guarantee that one of Thomas, Wirfs, Will, Jeudy & Lamb are available. Of course it depends on Wirfs declaring, sure hope he does.
Glad you noticed. @Jonathan_Vilma suggested I watch him. He gets credit. But yeah Claypool or Pittman would both be nice.
He'd be a WR who won't hit the ground running in the NFL like a Jeudy or Lamb would, but I can see him becoming a #1 by his 2nd year.
I agree I think he will need time to adjust, but he is projected day 3... him and AJ Dillon are who I want in the 4th. Both can add something needed to the team. If we get one of them I think we will hit on at least one late round pick. I also think he could push for time immediately. He may not start but I think he is better than a lot of the fa out there and most of what we will have on the team.
There's a solid chance Lamb is there at 11 for the Jets. The only team I could see taking him before us is Arizona because Murray played with Lamb at Oklahoma, I think they go Lamb or OL.
I think Lamb is the better option it by some miracle Thomas doesn't fall to us. That pretty much the 2 I want at this pick.
I'm bracing myself for when the top 3 OL, Jeudy, and Lamb are gone and Isaiah Simmons is on the board.
I get the feeling Gase is going to love Ruggs and Shenault. I’d be ok with either after a trade down but each have potential to be big time draft risers.
Cardinals just re-signed Fitzgerald to a one year deal for 2020. They now have Ftizgerald, Kirk, and the 3 receivers they drafted last year. I think they go OL at 8. I think the only teams ahead of us that could consider a WR are the Giants and Jaguars. I think the Giants go OT, Simmons, or Okudah. The chances of the Jets landing Jeudy or Lamb just went up.
