Saints with the TD to go ahead with 53 seconds left. 2-point attempt to try to make it 48-45, but unsuccessful. 46-45 Saints. Texans with a terrible loss to Denver putting Indy and Tennessee back in play for the division.
BUF is @ Pit next week then @ NE. They COULD fall to 9-6 heading into week 17 vs the Jets where we could stick a dagger in their playoff hopes
Fantastic fourth down 39-yard pass from Garoppolo to Kittle with a 15-yard facemask penalty added on.
And now another badly underthrown Brady pass to a wide open Edelman on a flea flicker is a touchdown. Don't let the numbers fool you - Brady looked awful on that drive.
Derrick Henry is the real deal. I'm glad we would never in a million years have thought about drafting a playmaker like him. Darron Lee did wonders for us.
Last week- The Patriots are done they have no weapons and Brady is old This week- I can't believe the Pats beat the Chiefs they are clearly SB favorites.
So super sick of the no weapons excuse. There are teams with so much worse. We're one. Boo hoo for Brady. He doesn't have his hall of fame tightend and top 5 receiver of all time anymore.
Listening to sports radio here in NH this week you'd think the Pats were 2-10, not 10-2 after their loss last week. A whole week of "bad receivers, bad OL, everyone sux (except Tommy)" You know, like it is here every week. (except the Tommy part)
Completely agree...the week to week narratives crack me up tho...I think I spend too much time listening to sports radio at work. Lol
It's very interesting to me how deeply the denial runs. It's so obvious to anyone that Brady is at best mediocre now, and is on the way down. The fact that fans can't accept it after 20 years of extremely high quality play is remarkable to me.
