    Yo, wtf is with this play calling by Gase? They’re treating Darnold like some 3rd stringer who just needs to manage the clock.

    Unfortunately, I think that's what we hired. That's the way it was the entire preseason. I thought those calls were because we WERE running 3rd stringers. But the playcalling in the same.

    Exactly, and the offense hasn't played together in game conditions for even one play before today. Gase is clearly taking the approach that Allen will make lots of mistakes, so if Darnold limits his the Jets will win.
