Looked short to me. But its the same old story with the NFL. Invest in million dollar cameras so we can get every angle, then stop the game for an hour to look at them. only to ignore what we see with those million dollar cameras and call it "inconclusive"
Letting the call on the field stand was correct. Notice how the yellow line (which is just a visual aid for TV) is ahead of the actual first down marker.
This is undoubtedly in the top ten of greatest answers to a postgame news conference question in football history, particularly considering that it was answered so calmly and thoughtfully: Now pardon me while I speak to my financial advisor about my chicken.
It's amazing how few of the idiots on sports talk TV and radio have stated this obvious fact. The spot was fine, and it was almost certainly a first down (and way too close to even consider overturning). It would have been nice if they had pointed out that the yellow line was wrong during the broadcast.
It looked like a clear 1st down during the game didn't know there was a controversy ....I'm in the process of cutting all sports media out of my life I used to consume a lot of it but its gotten so dumbed down over the past 5 years.
In the words of Marshawn Lynch, the idiots on sports talk TV and radio need to bring home the chicken.
