I don’t think I’ve ever had a team that I’m so equally optimistic about and frustrated by. Let’s go get game 5.

I thought you were a Jets fan?

One more time: Shots off of rebounds score three times more often than any other shots.

If you don't take the first shot you never get the second. Maybe this won't be forgotten in 48 hours.

With the Islanders the optimism is realistic; with the Jets it’s delusional.

That was awesome..... btw, when I watch on the 20 year old 13" tube tv on top of a fridge in my garage, the Isles are undefeated..... my liver takes the abuse though :D

The little tv is hooked up to an old school stereo with woofers as big as the screen.....
Kinda reminds the cheap seats we would get in the Colisseum.... the guys look small, but it's still super loud

Neighbors already knew I was nuts..... friend 2 houses down said... "Dude, I could hear LETTTS GOOO IIIISL-ANDERRRS" at my house :D

The Isles should have some break away opportunities. The Bruins are jumping a defensemen way up.

They need to wake up though - zero energy from them.

Noah Dobson has had a dreadful first period. Buried the puck in his own corner several times and just tossed that thing into the back of his own net.

Isn't amazing how good things can happen if you shoot, Matt?

Isles are being outplayed by a wide margin, but Varlamov keeping them in it to now go ahead 3-2.

Isles 3 for 3 on the power play! Who'd a thunk it?

Obvious makeup penalty call because the Isles are 3 for 3 on the power play.

Strange decision to pull Rask, and the new guy immediately gives up a goal.

Another weak makeup call to give the Bruins a power play, and they score.

Islanders need to be aggressive and not try to sit on this lead. They're not going to get a power play again unless it's a blatant penalty or the Bruins tie the game.

Okay, I didn't think that Bergeron would blatantly put it over the glass for no reason. Time to make them pay again!

Islanders played that power play as if they were on a penalty kill. I smell a Bruins goal soon.

Absolutely pathetic display in this game. If it wasn't for Varlamov, the score would be about 10-5.
