God, Varlamov is just terrible.

 

Jarry and Varlamov are putting on a clinic on how not to play goalie.

 

Absolutely terrible defense and goaltending for the Islanders.

 

The Islanders' offense finally wakes up, and their defense and goaltending collapse.

 

Yup, Trotz’s first big mistake with the Isles. I thought we were seeing the beginning of the Sorokin era in game 1; I don’t know if you should send him out there now, though, facing a 3-1 deficit.

 

Game 4 is the season. Let's be honest the Isles aren't beating the Pens in 3 straight. I would go with Sorokin now and let's hope replacing Varlamov with Sorokin is like the Pats replacing Bledsoe with Brady so the Sorokin era begins.

 

Sorokin should have started game 2, and he should have started game 3. He'd better start game 4.

 

or if theyre going to start Varly again, in warmups 20 min before the game they should have someone wear a pens jersey and should a creampuff past him into the goal to wake him up

That was an exciting / fun / frustrating game.... sucks to see them lose
