Played like crap but managed to win. Sorokin!!!!

 

Sorokin’s best game. He was the only reason they won. Take the 2 points and on to Boston.

 

Sorokin seems to have gotten a lot more comfortable, and it really shows.

 

another nailbiter and they did it again....

 

Very sloppy game that they didn't really deserve to win, but I'll take it. Pageau might be the MVP of the team, and Beauvillier is Mister Clutch.

 

Another win. 48 points and that gives them an 11 point lead over 4th place Boston who holds the last playoff spot in the division. A 14 point lead over both the Rangers and Flyers. The Isles aren't perfect as we know but they are finding ways to win games and get points. With about 20-25 games left in this season they are on a quick pace to clinch a playoff spot. They could probably play .500 the rest of the way and still clinch. Still have work to do so on to Pittsburgh this Saturday night.

 

As bad of a PP as there can be.

Bad game. **** happens. Beat them Monday and get the 2 points. LGI

 

Hopefully they can win tonight. Tired of watching them lose to the Pens.

I’m not waiting for 5-0 this time. Guess the only way to enjoy this team is to simply skip watching when they play the Caps or Pens.

 

I don't know what it is about the Pens. They have a good first line but after that their roster is "meh". Yet they have the Isles number so have to give them credit. Big 6 game homestand starts this Thursday

If they can manage 3-1 or at least 2-1-1 vs the Flyers and Rangers and get a split vs the Caps 1-1. I would consider 3-2-1 or 4-2 a decent homestand. Anything better than that is excellent. Any worse is disappointing.

 

Are the Isles a good bet tonight at -120? Feels like they're due to beat the Capitals at 0-3 against them and being so good at home.

Big win tonight. 8-4 over the Caps. Barzal with the hat trick. Great start to the six game home stand

 

That’s one way to get your head out of your ass.

 

You can’t even pull off Barzal’s end to end goal in a video game. Incredible.

 

I felt like Batman in The Dark Knight Rises watching that goal....
