You will be waiting for a long time. They are for real. Sure they will have their ups and downs over 82 games like every team does but this is a good team. They will make the playoffs and I wouldn't be surprised if they go on a run once they are in.
They are the 4th highest scoring team in the NHL, as long as they keep putting that kind of pressure on opposing defenses they should be ok. What is going to hurt them is depth, the better teams have historically had consistently better 3rd and 4th lines. I still think that one more defenseman who can move the puck is needed. Unfortunately they don't have streit anymore but I think the team would have been nearly unstoppable with him, dehaan, leddy and boychuck anchoring that defense. Halak is also doing well, I'm glad Snow finally realized that defense is the key to wining in this leauge.

Well bad loss for the good guys last nite hopefully with Halak back in net we get a win vs the Devils .
Great game by the Caps last night. Taking 3 of 4 points vs. the red hot Isles is a good effort. Isles are great this year though. Congrats guys!
Big loss yes but another win tonight over a team you have to beat ,ps with it being alfredson nite its a quality win ,,,,and the penguins got shutout !
I guess we should be happy that they had such a great start, there will be rough patches during the season. I just hope their slumps are not too long.
Ugh very tough loss for the good guys yesterday ! They blew a 3 nothing lead,,,,hopefully we don't see any of these and they get back on track and rebound in a good way !
Shitty loss. Then I took my son to the Kings game that afternoon, was surrounded by Flyers fans in LA somehow, and the Kings lost 2-1 despite out shooting them by 21 and having 5 power plays. It was a bad hockey Saturday in my family.
