There seems to be something up with Severino. First, Pedro Martinez reported that Severino told him that he wasn't completely healthy in the second half of the year but the team wanted him to continue pitching so he did. Severino denied this. Second, Ron Darling noted that Severino began warming up last night at 7:32 p.m., only eight minutes before game time. Darling said that's far too little time, and even YES homer John Flaherty agreed. What the hell is going on? Has anyone noticed that Gary Sanchez is actually trying now? He's actually blocking balls in the dirt instead of swiping at them with his glove. He actually hustled to first base last night and almost beat out a routine ground ball. Darling noted that the Red Sox infielder took too much time because he was used to Sanchez loafing to first. Severino's ALDS ERA is exactly the same as Austin Romine's: 18.00.

I don't have a warm fuzzy feeling with CC on the mound with an act of God we get 4 maybe 5 strong innings out of him and the team just hits and scores to make it academic ,,,time will tell
