It's funny about how the Republicans are always talking about getting government out of things and privatizing, but when Hillary Clinton sets up a foundation to help woman's education, fight HIV and other diseases worldwide, and gets foreign governments to contribute huge sums for that purpose, so that the US government doesn't have to put up the money, somehow she's a criminal. Guess what? All foreign governments fight for access to the state department by making deals, with both our government and our private businesses. She set up contacts for our government and foments good will with foreign governments without the taxpayer having to pay for it. Imagine that. As for being litigated by the IRS, are you trying to say that the IRS doesn't know what's in Trump's tax returns? He filed taxes and apparently used numerous loopholes in the tax system to pay nothing or close to nothing.
