you clearly didnt take the time to read my post. and isntead just responded like a typical troll. Can a kicker control the clock? no. but you dont need to pay top back top money to control the clock. we controlled the clock with ivory on the cheap the past couple seasons. can a running back hit a pressure FG in regulation or overtime? that is basically your line of thinking. its about value relative to contract, the cap, and value of replacment. you can replace the production of a top runningback by using a comittee and spending a fraction of the cost. you cant replace a top kicker with 3 specialist kickers, and kickers dont cost you a ton of money. there is a reason kickers get franchised, and the good ones usually dont get away. meanwhile demarco murray was let go right after a monster seasons and HBs get moved all the time
Manish just said on WFAN that the Jets made a "real strong offer" to Bilal Powell and expects he will make a decision today. Seems like a good chance he returns. Forte/Powell would be an awesome tandem.
Deadly combination (s) Now fix the OL And get the guy with the beard back (if possible) Stable looks A+
Troll? You can add caveats and hypotheticals to your point but you said which is ridiculous. You can't even compare salary in a scenario like this, considering that one player has shown to be a one man band that has carried his entire team on his back through a season..... how do you compare a kicker to that?
