I realize they are probably unloading truck loads of cash and maybe that's the reason, but why in the hell would someone want to leave such an amazing job like Florida State to coach against Bama, LSU, and Auburn every year at a program which is second or third fiddle in its own state
Truckloads of cash is right, $75M 10Yr contract, I just surprised they gave him that contract after such a mediocre season.
They probably had to give him that sort of contract to get him to move from the Florida State job. What sort of season would Floride State have had if their Q/B didn't get a season ending injury in their first game against Alabama?
