Provided everyone is healthy come playoff time, this should really be the last shot they have with Paul/Griffin/Jordan. People have hinted at blowing it up for a couple years now but I always thought it was too soon.

This is it for them and they might know it, which could be the reason for their hot start. A team like them needs to get a top 2 seed and home court. Too many chokers on the team to not be playing game 7 at home against elite competition.

How do my fellow Knicks fans feel about the team right now? What do you think our ceiling is this year?

Serge has really helped the Magic on the defensive side of the floor. They are a top 5 defensive team. Serge was the reason they beat the Spurs and Pistons. Magic's backcourt however is a complete mess, and Oladipo wasn't a good fit, nor are the guys they have now cept for Fournier

They are a playoff team, but they are 2nd tier in the East

Just don't be the 8 seed and we can maybe win a series.

My Celtics will get thumped tonight against the Thunder, I'm actually afraid of the spanking they will get.

Too much talent for them to handle, then they face the spurs on Wednesday, 2 days to lick their wounds before getting another thumping.

Spurs haven't been playing all that well, last night was the first game since the season opener that they had a strong first half. Aldridge is a lazy turd and Gasol is so fucking slow.

I disagree. The Celtics have a good shot to beat OKC. I think the C's match up well against them because OKC is not a great 3 point shooting team and that has been killing the Celtics.

So far so good, I thought they would get killed on boards.

Celtics have a big problem closing out games without IT.

I thought it would surely be a loss when Oladipo went out for the game. Win is a win. Rus does it again.

those were the knocks I had on you guys going into the year, the bigs...between that and TP being so old now and Green never really shows up big time until the playoffs.. Too much pressure on Kawhi offensively IMO. He's a go with the flow type guy not a take over from start to finish type.. he wouldn't even try to be that kind of player.

you'll still be a #2 seed in the west... so yeah lol.

This wouldn't be the first time you've underestimated Kawhi and I doubt it'll be the last. He and Patty Mills have been the only true consistent forces on the team.

Every year, Kawhi adds something new to his game, he's turning into a really complete player. He's also become a lot more vocal and he's getting to the line a lot more because of it.

He's never going to be a points leader or chase triple doubles, mainly because Pop's gameplan calls for them to spread the ball around so much and limits minutes when he can, but he's definitely the go-to option in clutch situations and he's thriving in that role.

His defense has fallen off a little because of that, but not as much as I expected, and not noticeably so unless you watch every game they play.

I can own up to sleeping on Kawhi up until the end of last year... Then you guys played us in the playoffs and I was like ehhh... lol. Kevin DaRAT was schooling him in those 4th quarters when... but that's KD for ya. (sometimes)

I'm gonna catch a few spurs games this week I can admit I haven't watched many, my last post was just my speculation coming in to the season.

surprised OKC and Spurs haven't played yet, I like the match up if Roberson can hold Kawhi like he did in the playoffs last year..got a feeling you guys gonna tear us up though because you owe it to us.

Players can be off sometimes. I've seen plenty of Spurs-Thunder matchups where Princess Tripledub spent the whole game throwing up bricks.

lol That's happened in about every game vs the spurs. I had to tell him to stop shooting so much and take Kawhi to the rack more often..
