Wow the catch and run by AP looked like Mark Bavaro.

This is a typical Jets game from the last 4 years, this is actually pretty normal to me.

How many Jets fans would take Mangini back a few years later more humble and with more experience? That fall from grace might have motivated him.

I'm excited about Bowles, don't want him back or anything but Mangini got a raw deal getting canned with 2/3 winning seasons like that ever happens around here.

Hes not as bad as ppl here say.

Teddy looks like Sanchez back there. Scared like a little girl. How many times are you check it down. You have mike Wallace outside. Just throw it deep to take the top off the defense. Even if it's over thrown.. for fuck sake. I can't believe I stayed up to watch this shit. Work in 3 hours...

    UNFUCKINGREAL

I have Bridge, and Peterson. My opponent has SF defense. If EITHER of my guys score I have a good chance at winning... If they combine for just 2 simple TDs, I for sure win.

The damn Viqueens couldn't even score one fucking touchdown against the depleted SF defense. Seriously? I put faith in them, and that's what happens...

Typical weak 1 (spelling intentional) NFL football, lots of sloppy plays and players still not fully NFL conditioned.
My most entertaining point of the weekend was watching Sarah Thomas make her debut as the first woman NFL referee in the Chiefs game. Didn't see any blown calls from the rookie.

I really don't pay much attention to week one since they changed the practice frequency with pads on. first week now feels, and plays, like the last preseason game.

Hey it happens, not having a great game. That niners defense and pass rush is a lot better than people were thinking.

I'm not worrying about it. He's a stud.

Did you see those two Fail Marys at the end of the 1st half? Told you he had a weak arm.

Lol no one ever said he had a howitzer.

Let's see how his year plays out. He'd be a stud on this Jet team.

I thought for most of the game Teddy looked poised. It was a team lack of effort on O and it was the 49ers day. Give a lot of credit to Mangini for calling a good game. He is a good coach just doesn't have the people skills or leadership ability to be a good head coach. But if this continues he might talk some owner or GM into giving him another shot. And then when he takes over he'll be a hard ass again and get fired. Tomsula is the exact opposite: he works well with people. We'll see if he can win.
