Mike Tirico: "don't be surprised to see Rex go for 2 here"

How 'bout they get into the end zone first Mike?

    And the two pointer.

Let's see if Manziel can answer.

Maybe if I diss him it will happen. I've been getting my stool pushed in all second half.

Hell his throwaways come closer to being completions than his intended passes

Wow we fucked up so badly not taking Teddy. That guy is going to be a star. He is just so smart, so accurate, hitting 3rd and 4th reads. The only thing he lacks is a howitzer but with his brain and accuracy that's not going to hold him back.

I hate John Idzik more and more every time I see Bridgewater.

Carr too looks very good and he has a much bigger arm and is a more fiery player than the sedate Bridgewater. Carr and Cooper are going to have a very long and successful career together. The Raiders are going to be much improved this year.

Sanchez and Agholor looked great-literally. Tebow is such a douche, he looked like absolute dogshit throwing last night, he has no idea where to go with the ball and when he finally figures it out he misses wildly. But the guy can run like a freight train. If he put on big boy shoulder pads and swallowed his pride he'd be a very productive running back. He looks like John Riggins out there.

Garappolo is going to be a good one. The Pats have a nice eventual replacement for Brady. He's not ready yet but he's close. Very good arm, accurate and looks to second and third options easily.

I think you are dead on about Carr and Bridgewater.

Both are going to be very good QB's for many years to come.

I don't think Garappolo is as good as either of the, but I think he's your starting QB for the 8-10 years after Brady retires or goes to jail after he inevitably perjurs himself.

He's really pretty good. Nice find.

    Fuckers.

No way Garoppolo is on the same level as Carr and Bridgewater right now.

He still needs to stop forcing the ball into tight coverage (that will eventually bite you in the ass) and get rid of the happy feet in the pocket.

He improves those 2 areas, he should be a good NFL QB.

That was a great fucking class for QBs, I'm really interested to see what McCarron does tonite. He could supplant Dalton in a year. I think he's been banged up but that guy can play. Smart as hell, football-wise.

It appears Manziel might have gotten his head screwed on right and if so, he'll be starting by mid year.

Mett IMHO is going to be a very solid player when he gets to his next team. If I'm Pitt, I move heaven and earth to get that guy.

I watched some of Bortles this am, not sure he was worthy of such a high pick but I think Jax may have finally found there guy and I still think Savage will be starting in Houston next year.

And there was one dude here very high on Fales, I loved him his junior year but he fell off a bit his senior year and I'm not sure about his arm in the Windy City (although that's not where it got its name, it is windy). But he's accurate as all hell.

    But I digress, Fuck Brady.

A moment of silence for the Cleveland Browns. They went into the 2014 draft with 2 first round picks and urgent needs at QB and WR.

They picked Justin Gilbert and then Johnny Manziel.

With their first pick, Odell Beckham Jr. was available. With their second pick, Teddy Bridgewater was available. Can you imagine those 2 with their elite offensive line and their top 5 defense? 11 win team. Teddy to OBJ would have been unstoppable for 12 years.

Hindsight is always 20-20 but those are 2 picks that would have made complete sense at the time.
