Possibility. They don't know yet. I don't think it really matters. It seems Lowry finally found the rim. It's gonna be tough with him back to form
The past has no bearing on this series. Not only is Whiteside now injured, but Wade looks gassed. Idk if he can last this entire series with such a huge load. Toronto split with Miami with Lowry playing absolutely horrible basketball. He comes back today with 33+ points. If he's back to himself, it's gonna be very tough to beat them. Either way, who gives a shit. Neither team is beating Cleveland lol
Exactly. It's infuriating how easy they get it in the playoffs. Lebron getting to the finals in the West would make me respect his talent a bit more.
LeBron proved his greatness last year. He single handedly took them to the finals and gave an awesome fight against Golden State. Love and Irving were both out and Shumpert was dealing with a shoulder injury. What LeBron did with Cleveland last year was nothing short of amazing. He finally has a healthy roster and Cleveland looks deadly
Lillard going nuts tonight! 40 points This could be a very interesting series if Curry doesn't come back and Lillard continues shooting like this. He has a very good history shooting against Golden State
No not at all. Not talented enough. Golden State will likely win the series and face San Antonio in the finals again. Will be San Antonio or Golden State vs Cavaliers Can see a repeat of last year's championship if Curry comes back
JV out for series. Whiteside "officially" day to day but he has same injury for Steph...so out for series too "unofficially".
Cleveland barely hangs on. Atlanta had the ball down 1 at the end, but Schroeder got tied up, jump ball, and then JR Smith was holding Horford so by the time Millsap got up a 3, it was too late (missed anyway) 100-99 final, sweep, Cleveland 12-0 against Atlanta in the playoffs
Bold prediction. Good game. Parker was the only pressure shooter for the Spurs in the second half and the SAS couldn't do anything on defense in the paint since Duncan and West were in trouble early with fouls. Be interesting to see if Kawhi plays slower next game after Kanter flopped backwards into his knee in the 4th, looked like it was hyperextended, and he wasn't much of a factor for the rest of the game.
Well Byz I've been correctly predicting these games in this series so far, so I hope I'm wrong about what I said a few days ago. (Winning tonight, but losing 4-2 anyway) About Kawhi, he looked fine imo. I wouldn't be too worried.
I honestly don't care if we lose this series because I really wasn't expecting us to win anyway... even though i feel we are capable of doing so..OKC just not disciplined enough to put my money on it.. But i will say.. if we push this series to 7, i think the chances of KD leaving get very very very slim. Not many teams can push a team like SA to 7.. not this years spurs. If OKC can show that fight, and show that there is FOUR elite teams, not just CLE, SA, and GS... i think he stays... WE JUST WANT OUR RESPECT BACK! thoughts?
I've considered them elite ever since they went to the finals. The problem always arises: is Westbrook holding them back? I can't count on both hands and feet the number of times in this series I've watched RW driving into a double team or stepping back to the arc for a contested jumpshot when Durant is standing there with a guy like Patty Mills or Kyle Anderson as the only thing between him and the rim.
I saw a replay of the end of that game again, showing it from the side, and it did not look like Ginobili crossed the line. I thought he did at first but upon further review his foot never stepped over it. Is there a rule regarding your body crossing the line, like if you lean in?
