He played basketball and football in college, he's a smart guy but Kiper has him so far over rated its not even funny.
We drafted the best safety in the draft and the 2nd or 3rd best TE. The reason I love those moves is because those two classes were really thin so we got in ahead of the bell curve. There is still some very good WR prospects and some good CB's available. So far I'm very happy with our picks and how things are working out. Let the draft come to us.
Or he'll sit for 2 years and pilot them to another decade of dominance. No way to skirt this one, a bunch of posters here loved this guy and were hoping we'd draft him. I look forward to same posters mocking this pick. Nobody in Jet land liked Mallett. Everyone liked Garapollo. _
Completely forgot about him. He's a speedy guy who was half football/half basketball. Would be a weapon as a kick returner for the team. He might actually get a look.
Kiper has him as his best available player right now...so he'll probably get drafted in the 6th round.
Not as much of a draftnik as I used to be in my college days when I would have excellent knowledge of players around 5-6 rounds deep ... I have absolutely no good idea of who is the guy for Jets to pick here in the 3rd, not gonna lie. Just going off youtube highlights. So that said I'm guessing these guys will be in play: Pierre Desir Keith McGill Dri Archer Donte Moncrief An olineman I have no clue about or an edge rusher or ILB. I like Desir and Moncrief the most.
