    This is so wrong.

Pryor could have easily been drafted #13-#17., I could argue Rams, Bears, Steelers, Cowboys & Ravens all could have drafted Pryor.

To me, now is the time to trade UP, not down. A trade down and you get stuck possibly, with more picks than you need. If we can start packaging some of those later picks to move up, I would. If they see a WR or CB they want, go and get him.

    Ahh...

I <3 you mayne. Smart fella, WW.

I may not always agree with you but you always have a solid argument. I agree with you completely on Pryor.

We should trade up to try and get Marquise Lee tonight,or maybe The TE Jenkins,I would have loved the Pryor pick if we didn't have so many holes on offense

That's silly, they've drafted a few decent WRs but as a whole they draft well and don't "overvalue" players generally.

While you cannot believe a lot of the usual smoke screens leading up to the draft, it did appear his name was talked about quite often as someone many teams were highly interested in and thinking about moving up for. Lee not so much.

BWay has been dumping on Beckham for weeks now (while preening for Lee--whom I like a lot by the way) but because a REAL NFL organization proved him wrong, apparently that means he was "badly overvalued" in this draft. Some folks here have too high of an opinion of THEIR player evaluation skills.

I've been high on Teddy for a year now, still think he was the best QB in this class and the best since Luck. Guess what, I guessed wrong but I'm not going to claim now that he was "badly undervalued". A bunch of QB needy teams skipped him, but one went up and got him because they saw the value.

None of us know what we're talking about-- the proof is in the pudding. Not only wasn't Beckham not "badly overvalued" he was valued just about perfectly. Folks have a hard time admitting they just guessed wrong.

I'm pretty sure I've been saying that for months now. Were a few gifts handed to us that we eschewed--although I do like the pick.

This mirrors most of the ratings I have seen and it has Pryor at 22 which is close enough. Clinton-Dix was 18 but Rex must think Pryor better fits what he wants to do..

I hear ya. But it seems most of his big hits are quite low and clean. He doesnt seem to hit upward...if that makes sense. He seems to get quite low. Hes also relatively short. So hopefully he does his damage to ribs and knocks the wind out of opponents and can avoid heads.

Cleveland, Detroit, Buffalo... I may dislike their teams, but I would love to see more happiness for those places.

I'm not questioning his technique or inferring he is a dirty player. My comment was more an indictment on the current rules and refs not being able to tell the difference between a clean hard hit and a helmet to helmet hit.

I'd add Vikings to the list as well...These teams along with the Jets have suffered so much

I agree with your thinking. Maybe The Jets just feel he wont make it. But, yeah, a qb is critical and worth a risk. Still, im hoping The Jets have found a Polomalu type.

Definitely he needs to be careful. Moreso than when he was in college. Totally agree, the NFL, if anything, is getting stricter on hits like the ones Pryor delivers.

I still think Bridgewater is going to prove to be the best of the class. Just a guess.
