Paul Pierce, aka The Big Fraud, called out LeBron. Said he would guard him, as if that faker could guard LeBron. The result: 49 points on 16/24 FGs All that despite picking up 5 fouls Pierce and Garnett have always talked way over their heads.
It's funny, a lot of players won't admit that they know what's going especially the playoffs, but he said he wanted it.
We had this discussion yesterday and I made the point late in a game Lebron knows the value of getting his own shot vs not doing that. The end of this game, Lebron in the post/wing, starts the swinging of the ball to an open corner 3, the shortest 3.
Deron should donate his next paycheck. Talk about disappointing, if his played resembled what he was a couple years ago the Nets win this game.
He's played like this all year basically. You can't really expect him to play like a couple years ago when he's spent a couple years consistnently not doing that. It's definitely disappointing though. I think the Wizards have a better shot than BK at extending their series. Although I don't really like either teams chances going on the road to do it.
The guy was playing at a very high level just last season. He's 29, there are no excuses for his play, its not like he's injured.
if they had Deron, Pierce, and Garnett from 4 years ago, they could beat the Heat in a series. But they don't, as I've been trying to tell you. Barkley just said he doesn't think Portland can win tonight. This after he claimed Portland would beat the Spurs before the series began.
During the regular season, Lillard averaged 2.7 made threes per game (he averaged 3.8 made per game vs. Houston, and was 6/10 in the final game, Game 6). Games 1-3 against San Antonio, he was 1/13 for three.
Not the whole year and not consistently. He started off the year poorly and needed the AS break rest/treatment for his ankles. He hasn't been a top PG in the league for a long time now, and that was something he was at least in the conversation about for about 2-3 years
So much for that huh? Maybe you should spend less time trolling and more time watching the games. Wizards had no shot vs the Pacers.
They had a shot. They won game 1 and then choked away leads in two other games. Soxxx, like the rest of us, thought the Bulls would handle the Wizards. Then well the Wizards from the regular season showed up in round 2 and the Pacers went from bad to average. They still needed the help of Wizards terrible mistakes to pull off some wins
No, I fully recall Soxxx going on a trolling spree about how great the Wizards were and how they would handle the Pacers in a 7 game series. We are not speaking of the bulls because that was not talked about back in February. Winning 1 game doesn't mean you have a shot. The 76ers won 1 game vs the Lakers in the Finals, its a series, not a 1 game playoff. You can't argue that the Wizards let up leads thus the Pacers won, because we can sit here and say the very same thing "the Pacers weren't playing up to their ability, thus the Wizards were competing in every game". Good teams win even when they aren't at their best. The Wizards are inexperienced and it has showed time and time again throughout this series. I am not knocking the Wizards, but, they were never beating this Pacers team in a series.
