Portland made a 4th quarter run to sort of get in it (cut it to 8 with 5:37 left), but the Spurs went on a run. Spurs 12/20 for 3. Aldridge 6/23
It was a live stream, I believe he reuploaded it. He actually is in the same boat as me, he believes the Wizards would have a chance to defeat Miami because Miami cant stop Nene and Gortat. He also believes the Spurs will win the finals in the end so hopefully he is right.
It was a good game last night, imo this series is absolutely over. Parker, Duncan, Ginobli all didnt shoot to well last night and the Spurs still won handily. A split in Portland would be nice, close it out in game 5. It wouldnt suprise me if sweep em though, if we get up 3-0 they might just quit like the Grizzlies did last season.
I'm a little late, but I live in MD and work in DC and 2 of my buddies have season tickets to the Wizards games. No one here calls Wall the best player in the NBA. In fact, most people have higher hopes for Beal than Wall. Wall is very good, maybe elite, but not best in league. He is an excellent passer and the fastest sprinter in the NBA. His jump shot is mediocre and his decision making isn't elite yet. He's very good, not the best.
This feels like a regular season game. Hopefully the intensity will pick up in the 4th, and the shotmaking pocking up would be great
John Wall is keeping the Wizards alive by just grabbing rebounds and going full speed on 1 vs 2 or 1 vs 3 fast breaks and drawing fouls. Pacers up 60-45 after 3 quarters. It's an ugly game.
Kevin Durant is God! Westbrook having another awesome game with at least a double double. OKC can't be beat the way they are playing right now
I cant say much, the Pacers put together a solid game and have put themselves in position to reach the ECF. Same can be said for the Thunder, both teams with huge road victories.
The Pacers are 2-0 since letting Andrew Bynum go. They might have found the secret to their success. Putting PG on Beal was smart, the length disrupted Beal for most of the game. John Wall has to stay under control more. The Pacers are giving the Wizards mid range jump shots. If you aren't hitting them, you have to find a different way to attack the D which the Wizards struggled to do. They reverted back to worse form of their regular season selves. Gotta snap outta of the funk and get Beal and Nene playing at a high level again. OKC got HC back for themselves. Big Baby Davis was -12 in his 11 minutes. I didn't get a chance to watch most of it. A shame since it's the most "exciting" series. We got spoiled by the first round.
Chris Paul: 26/43 FG (.604 shooting), 9 rebounds, 37 assists, 6 steals, 5 turnovers (over 5:1 assist:turnover ratio) John Wall: 12/40 FG (.300 shooting), 10 rebounds, 23 assists, 3 steals, 9 turnovers (about 2.5:1 assist:turnover ratio) and keep in mind Paul is banged up. Shoulder injury as well as a hamstring injury (which might explain why he took an off balance 3 in the final minutes rather than driving right by Butler).
I got Miami winning tonight and Portland winning as well. I think Brooklyn takes game 4 if they do happen to win a game
Duh, after OKC got through Memphis I knew it was inevitable. I hope LA proves me wrong but I have little faith in that fake superstar PG.
