I have to say, I'm very happy for Roy Hibbert. Last year he became one of my more liked players, and his post game interview that I just now watched was everything I expected. Great guy.
Sorry man but that list is beyond horrible. Your top 2 is in wrong order, but right nonetheless obviously. Your 3, and 4 are barely top 10 if they're even that.
Are you kidding me? Tony Parker not top 10? I swear we go through this ever year, and by the end of the year every last "expert" has Tony Parker in the top 3....its the same bullshit.
So will you guys be watching the games tonight? I'm not going to even for a second. I'm way too excited about the draft, and thankful OKC has off tonight.
Yes. Gonna have two TVs going. Gonna be concentrating more on the draft though. Today is like Christmas for me!!
Haha I said that same thing, but in a text. I texted my buddy after I got up and I said, "I kept going back to sleep so I could not wait as long for the draft. Ridiculous, like I'm a kid on christmas or something."
I have a night class till 8:45... I'll prolly watch the games and have the draft on radio on my tablet. If anything significant happens I will switch to ESPN.
I can't make a clear top 10 cuz after 5 I get indecisive. I would go: James Durant Parker Wall Paul Anthony Westbrook Curry Griffin Love Tempted to put Joe Johnson in front of love.
Your list is lame already, putting Joe Johnson ahead of Kevin Love would mean you have 5% of the average human brain.
Ok but about Tony Parker, it iritates me EVERY year people forget about him, yet by the end of every season people have em in the top 5. People still act like Parker is the 3rd wheel to the San Antonio Spurs, hes been the guy now for three years and has played very well.
I'm a huge Tony Parker fan, and I understand your frustration because he falls clear of a lot of metrics that people use to determine elite players. But I have come to the realization that this is the beauty of the success the Spurs have. Their PG doesn't drop 3s all day, their PF doesn't dunk all day, and the offense is based more on passing than highlight reels. It flies in the face of the hype that Stern based his money-machine on. They fly under the radar. Enjoy that. This year the Spurs have home court throughout, the HC of the Year and the GM of the Year, and nobody is really picking them to win. They get called differently than almost every team they are playing against, where their touch fouls count and the opposing team's hard fouls are only called half the time. And they KEEP WINNING. There's a beauty in that.
