Its different though, the Raptors tried to play at a faster pace, something the Heat dont tend to do. The Nets play a style of basketball that is similar to the Spurs, the Nets have solid pieces all over the court. Deron has to play at a higher level, but Johnson will also need to become the man here. There are a lot of factors and I believe they have everything necessary to defeat Miami, including mental toughness.
People overthink these things to, I watched the Celtics in 2012 go to 7 games against the 8 seed 76ers who should have never been there if Rose didnt get injured, and then followed it up by going 7 games against Miami. These series are close, and the games tend to be close to. A lot of it will come down to the plays in the final minutes.
Jerry Sloan and his system made him an elite PG. I remember a time where you could mention CP3 and Deron in the same sentence. The minute he left Utah was his downfall. I think the Heat take this series in 6. I doubt anyone from the East stops Lebron. The only team I think that has a chance is the Wizards.
I don't think that will be happening. Even if they get to the finals, I think the West will bring a trophy home this year. They are just dominant
They might, it wont be easy though. Getting through Brooklyn, Washington, OKC/SA will be very difficult.
I really dont care who is right and who is wrong. I dont think people expected Wall to take this huge leap, which is really understandable considering this is his FIRST postseason, and he is about to surpass anything CP3 has done in his entire career.
Im only concerned about my Spurs right now, and I actually like this matchup. I think Lilliard has proven to be very turnover prone. I respect the Blazers bigs (Lopez and Aldridge) but it reminds me of going against Randolph and Gasol last year (although they have different characteristics). This is where the road ends for the Blazers. Spurs will beat them in 5 games.
Pacers have to put George on wall. I think that's the only way they contain him. Hill can't cover white on rice
Hibbert 3 fouls, 0 rebounds, 0 points Charles Barkley says the series is over. No chance for Indiana. soxxx, I assume you agree?
