in all seriousness, how much do you weigh and what's your max squat. I don't care about your fish oil pills.

The cops took you?!? Wow the criminals are going to have a field day.

Btw don't believe for a second the NYPD accepted you. The can sniff out pussies. My brother would have eaten you alive.

Now that I'm thinking about it, did we ever learn what hurt Paul Pierce those finals that he got into his magical wheelchair and cured his injury in what felt like 5 minutes?

180 lbs I weigh, 275 I can do for 10 reps. I just started squatting again due to lower back pain, but again I bodybuild, I dont powerlift. Im not here to impress anyone with how much weight I can move. Im more concerned about the pump, and how my body looks, not how much weight I can lift.

It was funny watching him get carried to the bench.

Overall, it was a good game, but it wont matter if we lose game 2. Game 2 is so critical, if the Spurs can win that, it would put them in prime position to win the series. If Miami splits here, then its all null.

I respect that BB is hard and takes dedication. However, as a strength athlete I can't help but also think that training just for looks is a womanly activity. that's just my honest opinion abt it in general and I'm just busting your balls for it but at least BB is better than being a crossfit cult member.

    a) Go out there and try to play and be a negative to his team by not being able to move
    b) not play
    c) retire and play baseball

EDIT: It depends if Phil was his coach or not though

True but theres different aspects, im in a caloric deficit right now, "aka" cutting. Its easy for me now but when I first cut years ago it wasnt as easy. Gotta battle cravings 24/7. On the flipside bulking can get annoying, 5000+ calories every day eventually gets to ya, especially when its just plain boring foods.

Did he retire in 94 cuz of gambling, I heard the league told em to get lost because it was going to become a big story.

If he was cramped he would have sat. There is no "fighting through" cramps. Once you lock up you are done.

This isn't like Jordan with the flu, you can still run while you're puking or have a fever.

If the muscles lock up, you could be the most valiant warrior in the world and it doesn't matter.

Lebron is a supremely fit world class athlete. Something just locked him up tonite that didn't effect other players the same.

No two athletes physiology is the same. He could be the most fit athlete on the court and he STILL could have cramped up while other players didn't.

    It's not rocket surgery.
