Lebron had a chance to win the game at the end regardless tho, he passed it off to Bosh. Im sure ABC is happy they get another game friday night though.
Also, Lebron made the right basketball play at the end of the game. The spacing was bad for Miami and Bosh rushed his shot. If Miami was spread out a bit more, they would had George Hill in no man's land. With Bosh getting a better look or I believe Allen wide open. The play was there, but the execution was bad. That's the similar pass he made to Bosh against BK where Bosh hit the big shot. It's the similar pass he made to Bosh against BOS 2 years ago in the ECF. It's a good basketball play and he's been doing that his whole career. And it worked out for him too looking at his recent success. It's how he plays the game and has played the game. I don't think that's changing anytime soon. He's usually a step or two ahead of the play. The great teams and coaching like DAL and SA at times in the finals make him think and react to what is going on and that's what slows him down, when he cannot be that one or two steps ahead or when he cannot trust a passing lane will be open, etc.
I wasn't mentioning your post. You just happened to post between when I started typing, looking up a replay, looked a picture, looked at old highlights, and then finished my post
Biggest POS team: Brooklyn (wrested the title from Boston after the trade) Biggest bunch of floppers: Miami
http://espn.go.com/nba/playoffs/201...t-lance-stephenson-indiana-pacers-fined-flops Indiana takes the cake for flopping too.
The Pacers are pretty bad for it, the Spurs used to be really bad but they have toned it down a bit over the years. Miami is on a completely different level of flopping from any other team, mainly because they know they will get away with it most of the time.
No way Indiana can match Miami. The Heat have assembled a legendary group of floppers. Pacers are pretenders to the throne. Watch any Heat game and you're assured of seeing several flops. Bosh flopped badly twice last night alone, and there might've been more from him that I missed. Clippers might be a distant second behind Miami. Oh, and it's kind of too bad Phoenix didn't make the playoffs. They deserve some recognition on the national stage for their collection of douche-bs.
I don't know, Miami has toned it down some from these days: Maybe since they started from such great heights I perceived their drop in flopping as giving up the throne of flopping. Miami started here, had a good run last year against IND, but they have calmed down since. Indiana just got two flopping fines in one game which is impressive and Lance got hit with the repeated offender fine. They're coming strong at Miami in the flop game. Lance carries IND on his flopping back:
I'm not too sure this year. Last year they brought it out big time. This year I think less flopping compared to last year. There are still games to be played though. Lots of time left. I think right now Harden and Lance are the top two floppers in the league.
If you're talking about individuals, Harden is the biggest one bar none. Not even a conversation about it. I think one night he ended up scoring 30 points and 25 were from the line. Edit: actually it was 22 from the line out of 27 scored: http://scores.espn.go.com/nba/recap?gameId=400489297 I'm talking about as a team, and it's not even close, and you have to include the regular season.
If you think the pacers played well yesterday, you have no idea what you're watching. This team is no way near last year, or the team during the first half of the season.
Harden is brutally bad with those head snaps. He not only exaggerates all fouls, he just runs into people and throws himself sideways. Yeah IND led the league in flopping violations in the regular season and now the postseason. They are really good at flopping. I think I noticed them more because Wade missed so many regular season games. Give him 82 games and the flopping becomes more apparent haha
Why? Getting caught happens after the game. Doesn't happen in the game. They flop a lot so they get caught. Miami got caught last year a bunch in the playoffs. Not because they are bad at flopping, but because they flop a lot.
Please define "Miami got caught last year a bunch in the playoffs" And you're still excluding the regular season.
Wade's flopping credentials are unmatched. He flopped his way to 3 NBA titles. I don't know how many remember the first Heat/Mavs one (well before LeBron's arrival), but Miami won that series with Wade flopping all over the floor and the refs giving him unlimited free throws. Had the league fined for flopping then...
