It isn't a strong prediction, I said the same thing last july and I was right. I feel even more confident than I did a year ago that the Heat wont be hoisting the trophy next June.
No, he's not. Ten NBA executives were asked if Bosh would have a max market elsewhere, and they all said yes. In fact, Bosh's agent has had multiple teams talk about giving him a max deal.
See I think Houston can lure Lebron or Bosh in but the issue right now is, they do not have the money to do so. Until Lin is traded, the Rockets are not a serious threat to land anyone, at all.
I think Bosh can still be a solid player elsewhere. He's had disappearing acts on the Heat, and I don't fully understand what he's transformed his game into; but, I think he can return back to something resembling the dynamic Bosh who he once was.
There are a few things I want to say. I know I've been quiet as of late, however... 1. I the big 3 will ultimately remain in tact, despite the rumors as of late. 2. Carmelo is bound for L.A. or N.Y. and my prediction is the Knicks 65/35% 3. Gasol will go to the Bulls, or Knicks. 4. The Spurs, and Thunder are the safest bets for next season.
Yeah I dont know about that anymore. Id say right now the odds are: 35% Miami 35% Cleveland 15% Rockets (They have to move Lin or else they have 0% chance) 5% Suns 5% Lakers 5% Bulls If Lebrons camp is truly working independently then it really is going to make it difficult for Riley. IMO Bosh has not signed because he is waiting for Lebron to make his move which leads me to believe Bosh's camp has got no clue about what Lebron is going to do. Bosh is not going to take a contract such as 11 million (as previously reported) if Lebron leaves. Bosh will take the max he can make whether it be Miami, Los Angeles, Houston.
I like both their chances again but the Spurs have been fortunate the last 3 years to remain healthy in the playoffs. (besides Parker missing the 2nd half of game 6). If the Thunder land Gasol it would certainly be a lot of help, i just really dont know RIGHT NOW who are the favorites. Once when the dust settles we will have a clearer picture.

And a certain individual on here thinks I am a Heat hater. I am not a Heat hater, I dont have a problem with the Heat, hell I wanted them to beat the Thunder in 2012. I like Lebron to but I am just being a realist here, the Heat havent done anything to upgrade their roster, even if they get Lebron to return with Bosh and Wade they are back to the same team the Spurs took apart. I dont expect the Heat to throw another celebration if they get Lebron to choose them because they all know they still have an uphill climb.
Reports are saying that LeBron is split even between Miami and Cleveland. It is public knowledge that Bosh is waiting for LeBron. His agent has made that clear. Reason being: when LeBron signs wherever, the market for Bosh will jump exponentially. He can then seek out a max contract elsewhere if he chooses.
See that leads me to believe that Bosh has no clue what Lebron is going to do, which means that it is true that they are independent, which means it is real that he might be leaving Miami. (You would assume if he was going back to Miami he would contact Bosh and discuss it with him). Bosh is a free man though to, the longer he has the wait, the more inclined he will be to start talking to the Rockets or the Lakers. And if Bosh starts talking to them, then why would Lebron go back to Miami if Chris is gone? This is one big cluster****.
Yup. Exactly right. Miami is in a real bad place right now. Also reports are saying that players the Heat are meeting with are not receiving actual realistic numbers on contracts because LeBron, Bosh, and Wade are not signed. If Bosh seeks a max contract and LeBron wants a max deal, they have no money. If LeBron leaves, they have a ton of money. But Riley doesn't know what anyone is doing so the players are leery of signing because the numbers are all "what if" scenarios. This is great though. Lebron is possibly single handedly destroying Miami hahaha by not singing, he is putting Riley in a terrible situation to talk free agents into joining. "Come play for us, we will win you a championship! Is LeBron signing with you guys? Not sure yet. What about Wade and Bosh? Not sure yet. Can you give me the $10 million a year I want? Not sure yet. OK. Sounds like a great plan!"
The other thing that might be going on is that Lebron is waiting for the Rockets to open up cap space to sign him. (Carmelo could be waiting to, less likely though) If thats the case, this can drag on for awhile because the 76ers are in no rush to trade for Jeremy Lin. The 76ers might have this whole free agency held up, kinda crazy.
Just goes to show that all the contracts expiring at once might be the eventual downfall for that team. Obviously the 3 aren't confident in themselves like years past.
Definitely not. I don't think anyone is confident in Wade after that performance. He sat an entire half of the year for what? To come out in the finals and look like a 70 year old woman? It's become apparent that LeBron is sick and tired of doing everything on his own. It showed big time this past finals. Lebron goes down, his team collapses. He had no help from anyone while the Spurs danced circles around him. If anything made it clear to him that he needs a bench, it was that series. Fact is, LeBron needs a new start somewhere else. Somewhere with great fans and somewhere that will put a team around him and not worry about having the best "names" on their sideline. He needs to leave the Heat. Wade is a shell of himself, always injured and is aging fast. Bosh is nothing like he once was in this league under that offense. Norris Cole will never be better than a bench player, and all their three shooters are either retired or about to retire. He's got no big man in the middle and no point guard to help him out. I was just reading an awesome write up on why Lebron's best option is Phoenix. He's got tons of youth and talent, and Phoenix has enough money to sign him to a max deal and bring Bosh in on a max deal. Let Wade live off his days in Miami and let Bosh and LeBron get their deals elsewhere with tons of depth and talent.
