I generally like him, I was happy when he one his first title, I can see why people dont like him but the guy had a pretty bad child which I think turned him into a nice guy, which explains why he lacks the killer instinct mentality.

Oh you know those Spurs that team has a bunch of no players , and are the World Champs. Ed Davis, Anthony Morrow, Pau Gasol, Marion, Patrick Pettereon, Vince Carter, Mike Scott, Grevis Vasquez, just to name a few very good rotation players that will lead the Heat to a title. LBJ said that they needed to improve at every position, and guess what these so called no name players will do just that.
